He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan Luther and Irene Looney (Elliott); and his sister Doris Mae Looney. He is survived by: his wife Alejandra Looney of Coweta, Oklahoma; his children, Regina Irene Gilbert (Dale) and Keric Robin Looney of Coweta, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Knox Gilbert, Rebekah Akines (Bobby), Brittany Walker (Kirby), Ashley Smith (Kyle) and Matthew Looney (Michelle); his great grandchildren, Cheyenne Akines, Dakota Akines, Talon Smith, Allison Walker, Abbigail Walker, Aubrey Walker, Ashley Walker and April Walker; and his siblings, Argel Gene Looney (Margaret) of Watson and Betty Sue Wood (Jackie) of Paris, Arkansas. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
