He is survived by: his children, Kathy McCully (Chuck) of Coweta, David Wortham (Debbie) of Coweta and Amy Blankenship (Charles) of Coweta, Oklahoma; his sister Dorothy Keefover (Marvin) of Porter, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Stephanie (Brian), Steve (Carlie), Nathan (Neva), Ciera, Chelsea (Coy), Kaylee (Matt), Alec (Karlee), Jessica, Tara, Derek, Emily and Scott (Hailey); his great grandchildren, Baileigh, Chandler, Easton, Trey, Gracie, Hope, Max, Tayten, Sammie, Boston, Kennedy, Alison, Caleb, Olivia, Rilynn, Creed, Bella and Norah; and his great great grandchildren, Lawson, Dayton and Cylus. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
