She is survived by: her parents, Jerry Harlan and Cindy Lou Ward (Robinson) of Coweta, Oklahoma; her husband Rex Tuggle; her children, Emily Tuggle of Tulsa, Nichole Ramey of Broken Arrow, Brian Ballard of Coweta, Brendan Ballard of Coweta and Michael Morrison of Tulsa, Oklahoma; and her brothers, Richard Ward Pense (Cynthia) of Royse City, Robert Ward (Christy) of Mackenbach, Germany, Joseph Ward (Starla) of Broken Arrow and Hunter Ward of Tulsa, Oklahoma. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
