He was predeceased by: his parents, George Herman Bolz and Luella Mae Bolz; his son Keith; and his siblings, Donald, Chester, George and Fern.
He is survived by: his wife Mittie Izora Roach (Zoe); his children, Marc, Annette, Marietta Bolz, David Booker and Cindie Bolz; his grandchildren, Sara Whitman Mitchell, Wes, Nikki Whitman, Matt, Ali Bolz, Mike, Kasey Bolz, Mason, Jenny Bolz, Mallory and Jeran Jones; and his great grandchildren, Peyton, Ella, Briley, Anna, Weston, Eli, Zane, Grayson, Audra, Tinley, Brynn, Adam and Elijah.
