He was predeceased by: his parents, Shirell Alton Cline and Ella Darby Cline; his sister Barbara Carter; and his siblings-in-law, Tom Pursley, Lester Carter, Roy Wagner and Wilma Blood.
He is survived by: his son Randy; his wife Marian Wagner; his sisters, Shirellene Pursley of Crescent, Oklahoma. and Beverly (Joe Kegin) of Crescent, Oklahoma.; his brother-in-law Earle (Margaret) of Oklahoma City; his sons, Gary Cline, Kerry Cline (Linda) of Perry Oklahoma and Ross Cline (Christy) of Blackwell; and also Randy Cline (Carolyn) of Marshall. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and 1 great, great grandchild.
The family has selected Children's Ministry at First Baptist Church of Covington as appropriate for memorial donations.
