With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wanda Kay Hoel of Council Hill, Oklahoma, born in Laramie, Wyoming, who passed away on January 20, 2023 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas Wingenbach Sr.; her son Jeffrey Wingenbach; her grandson Luke Wingenbach; and her sister Nancy Rife. She is survived by: her children, Thomas Wingenbach Jr. (Kristen) of Bellavista, Amanda Wingenbach (Chester Noel) of Council Hill and Andrew "Andy" Wingenbach (Kristy) of Wright City; her grandchildren, Colter Wingenbach, Joslyn Caldwell (Billy), Samuel Herrera, Kylie Wingenbach and Seth Wingenbach; and her sisters, Diane Stacener and Tammie Avalos. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
