He is survived by: his mother Tammy Voigt (Markham); his wife Amanda Mendenhall; his children, Jesilyn Mendenhall, Jeremyah Mendenhall, Mattew Huggins and Seth Page; his stepfather James Voigt of Council Hill; his sisters, Amy Weber (John), Kasie Mendenhall and Janie Mendenhall; and his stepbrothers, Carey Voigt (Dani) and Michael Voigt (Tricia).
