He was predeceased by: his parents, Kemper Noel and Georgie Dexter; and his sister Rela Kaye Noel. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Noel; his children, Marsha Riddle (Mac) of Council Hill and Chester Noel Jr. (Amanda) of Council Hill; and his siblings, Ellsworth Noel (Jane) of Bixby, Rosa Green of Kellyville, John Noel (Marsha) of Morris, Jack Haddox of Henryetta, Jimmy Noel of Henryetta and Benjiah Winters. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
