He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Raymond Schneider and Emma Christina Schneider (Hamburger); his sister Christine Ethel Greenwood; and his daughter Vickie Ann Chapman (Schneider). He is survived by: his wife Wanda Fay Schneider (Motley); his children, Thomas Dwaine (Donna) of Tahlequah, OK, Vinita Chapman (John) of Woodbury, CT and Valinda Fisher (Tim) of Thomas, OK; his grandson Kelby Jinkens (Christy); his great grandchildren, Emery, Kaliber and Swayde; his grandson Kody Jinkens (Erin); his great grandchildren, Maguire and Ryder; his grandchildren, James Chapman (Hannah), Lauren Chapman (Katie), Thomas R. Schneider, Andrew Chapman, Michael Chapman, David Chapman, Katie Schneider and Tate Schneider; his stepgrandchildren, Tabbitha Tannehill (Jeremy) and Chance Fisher; his sisters, Carol Ann Schneider and Della Jean Littleton (Schneider); and also Jackson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Thomas and Emma raised Dwaine and his sisters on the family's Oklahoma Centennial farm, which was the foundation of Dwaine's character and outlook on life.
