He is survived by: his siblings, Randy Carter, Ronnie Carter, Cindy Walker and Lana Clayton; and his nieces and nephews, Lisa Wandrie, Mike Carter, Derrick Walker, Cody Carter, Kelsey Smith, Lindsey Baker and Ryan Walsh.
