He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Leland and Jessie Mae Smith (Perkins); and his brothers, Dewayne Smith, Earl Smith, Roy Smith and Bob Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Velma Glea Widner; his children, Judy Wilson, Russell Smith (Tracy Lynn), Corvin Smith and JoEtta Smith (Megan) of Cordell, OK; his grandchildren, Brittni Nicole, CJ Jr., Dalton Lee, Dillon Lee, Dalton Reese and Tucker Joe; his great grandchildren, Oaklee Lynn, Easton Lee and Corvin III; and his siblings, J. L. Smith of Cordell, OK and Etta Elizabeth Smith Collarini (Charles) of Apple Valley, CA..
