He is survived by: his children, Carla Woodward of Cordell, OK, Jacob Ivy (Brycelynne) of Cordell, OK and Kristy Ivy of Cordell, OK.; his grandchildren, Kesha Musick, Dani Musick, Hayley Stewart, Jacqui Ivy, James Ivy, Kaitlyn Rodrique, Matthew Rodrique, Joe Ivy and Kendan Durnin; and his siblings, Reta Britton (Roger) of Cordell, OK, Delores Boatwright of Joplin, MO and Marvin Ivy of Cordell, OKA.
