She was predeceased by: her parents, James Martin and Maudie Martin (Harper); her husband John Frazier; her siblings, Lavene Sharp, Paul, Joe and John; and her grandson Brian Frazier.
She is survived by: her former husband Ray Earl Carley; her children, Janice, Tammie Koch (Keith) of Corn, OK and David Carley of Cordell, OK; and her sisters, Genea Rahhal of Tulsa, OK and Sue Farris of Mustang, OK.. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
