He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Edward and Viola Evelyn Ivy (Glaseman); his stepfather Roy Lee Rich; and his brother Robert Ivy. He is survived by: his sisters, Reta Britton (Roger) of Cordell, OK and Delores Boatwright of Joplin, MO; and his nieces, Dena Shields, Chris of Cordell, OK, Lori Burch of Joplin, MO, Carla Woodard of Cordell, OK and Kristy Ivy of Cordell, OK.
