He is survived by: his children, Diane Hardwicke (David) of Kingwood, TX, Kim Schachle-Hinds (Greg) of Yukon, OK, Jay C. Rutherford, Jr. (Sandra) of Arapaho, OK. and Scott Rutherford (Renee) of Geary, OK.; and his grandchildren, Jayme Roper, Nikkole Sullivan, Kelly Hardwicke, Cassie Rutherford, Matthew Schachle, Jennifer Brown, Jayson Rutherford, Sean Rutherford, Chad Rutherford and Becky Long. He is also survived by 20 great grandchildren.
