He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Eugene and Vivian Lavera Norton. He is survived by: his siblings, Robert Norton of Mesquite, TX and Cathy Rand of Las Vegas, NV.. He is also survived by Nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
