She is survived by: her daughters, Rebecca Louise Masi of Reno and Verna Beth Azlin of Windsor; her nephew Rick Cook; and her nieces, Jana Webb of Cordell, Jeannie Haskett of Cordell and Joy Chaney of Weatherford, OK.. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
