She was predeceased by: her father Edward C. Norton; and her grandparents, Hugh, Evelyn French, William and Jewel Larance.

She is survived by: her mother Era P. Jacks (Norton); her son Randall Wayne Evans; her former husband Kenneth W. Evans, Sr.; her brothers, Dallas C. Norton and David A. Norton (Michele); and also, Kenteena, Tonya and Kenneth Jr.. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in her name to either Free To Live Animal Sanctuary (https://freetoliveok.org), or to any organization working with domestic abuse survivors (https://www.domesticshelters.org).
