He is survived by: his wife Terri Barker (Montague); his children, MaKayla RayLynne and Samuel James; his stepdaughter Diana DeJonge of Lakewood, Colorado; his mother Marlene Barker of Cherryvale, Kansas; his brother John Barker (Teresa) of Cherryvale, Kansas; his mother-in-law Ramona Montague of South Coffeyville, Oklahoma; and his siblings-in-law, Trina Jordan (Tom) of Nowata, Oklahoma, Cherie (Dennis Howerton) of Delaware, Oklahoma and Marty (Teresa Montague) of Soble. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many other family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be made to a scholarship fund for Stephens children.
