He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Shipley and Jewell Shipley (Voncannon); his daughter Shelli Renee Shipley; his brother Walter Shipley; his nephews, Gary and Jerry Shipley; and his niece Guyla Jean.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Albert; his children, Rick Shipley (Patti) of Ramona, Kurt Shipley (Anna) of Lenapah, Worm Shipley (Kelly) of Copan and Justin Shipley (Katie) of Delaware; his grandchildren, Dalton Shipley (Ashley), Austin Shipley (Kaylan), Jodi Shipley-Hall (Tristan), Houston Shipley (Taylor) and Charlie Shipley; his great grandchildren, Case Hall and IvaAnne Shipley; and his sisters, Violet Millikan of Pryor and Mary Epps of Bartlesville.
