She is survived by: her children, Rickey Applegate of Cedarvale, Diana Applegate Johnson of Bartlesville and Karen Applegate Dunn of Nowata; her granddaughters, Ashley Applegate and Chandra Owens; her great grandchild Ryan Owens; and her sister June Moodrea of Bakersfield, California..
