With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Dale D. Prather of Copan, Oklahoma, born in Dewey, Oklahoma, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 20, 2024 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Prather and Lottie Prather; his wife Barbara Prather; and his siblings, Donald Prather, Gene Prather and Wanda Stansifer.

He is survived by: his sons, Rod Prather (Cristal) of Collinsville, OK and Blake Prather of Copan, OK.; his grandchildren, Paige Starr (Joshua) of Skiatook, OK and Justin Prather (Emily) of Tulsa, OK.; his great grandchildren, Hadley Starr and Piper Starr; and his close friend Renee Hester of Bartlesville, OK.
