He is survived by: his former wife Janice Sharp; his daughters, Patty (Larry Underhill) of Copan and Terry Foreman of Fort Smith, Arkansas.; his grandchildren, Terry Codding, Tera Bryant, Yvonne Ogden (Scott) and Brian Underhill; and his great grandchildren, Alex Ogden, Louis England, Jacob Bryant, Andrew Ogden and Charlotte Underhill.
