He was predeceased by: his parents, William Phillips and Minnie Phillips (Shrum); and his son John. He is survived by: his wife Ruth; his daughters, Helen Comstock (Don) of Dewey, OK and Elizabeth Weiss (William Quinton) of Copan; his brother Tom Phillips of Branson, MO; and his grandchildren, Donna Lynn Comstock of Dewey, Natasha Nelson of Bartlesville, Donnie Paul Pippin of Tulsa and Amanda Pippin of Copan.
