She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Earl" Kinsey and Bessie May Kinsey (Spalding); her stepmother Anna Marie Tucker Kinsey; her daughter Donna Forrest Chaney; and her husband Morris C. Forrest.
She is survived by: her son Dennis Earl Forrest (Cathy) of South Coffeyville; and her brother Bill Kinsey (Patricia) of Vinita. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
