He was predeceased by: his parents, George Kirksey and Leota Kirksey (Ridgeway). He is survived by: his spouse Gaylene Kirksey (Turner); and his sons, William "Billy" Kirksey, Jr. (Jenny) of Colorado Springs, CO and Jerry Kirksey (Shelly) of Colorado Springs, CO. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
