She is survived by: her husband David Slavens; her children, Eric Hendrickson (Marie) of Miami, David Slavens of Commerce, Mikka Davis of Miami, Susan Davis of Enid, Jessica Slavens of Pittsburg and Kimberly Hendrickson of California; and her brothers, James, Robin and Scott Hendrickson.
