He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Edward "Eddie" and Martha Evelyn Millard (Williams); his wife Marilyn Sue Millard; his children, Paul Millard and Kathy Millard; and his stepbrother Wayne Purscelly.
He is survived by: his children, Barbara Sue Millard of Commerce, OK and Martin Millard. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
