He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Hart (Sparkman); his children, Jack "A. J." Hart (Trina Nguyen) and Jennifer Warren of Webb City, MO; and his siblings, Ray Dean Hart of Commerce, Henry Aslee Hart, Jr. of Commerce, OK and Florence Henry of Miami, OK. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
