It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Nancy Charlene Webb of Commerce, Oklahoma, who passed away on December 20, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Phillips and Irene Phillips (Miller); and her husband Wayne Webb. She is survived by: her children, Kathy Fouts of Miami, OK, Kenny Webb (Catherine) of Owasso, OK and Mike Webb (Ruth) of Miami, OK; and her brothers, Bill Phillips (Judy) and Jack Phillips (Jan). She is also survived by six grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.
