He is survived by: his wife Jamie; his children, Jimmy Palmer of Commerce, Joey Palmer of Quapaw, Thomas Palmer of Miami and Regina Richardson (LeMarcus) of Quapaw; his stepdaughter Leigha West; his siblings, Terry Kirk of Diamond, Alvin Kirk of Disney, Eddie Kirk of Baxter Springs, Buddy Kirk of Marlo, Kenneth Kirk of Marlo, Penny Jo Kirk of North Miami, Mae Mae Collins of Miami, Angel Sharbutt of North, Debbie Chew of Lawton and Ellie Bruner of Commerce; and his grandchildren, Kanice, Krisalyn, Josiah and Benson. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
