She is survived by: her children, Jeremy Shane Goad (Crystal) of Oronogo, MO, Tracie Wilson (Keith) of Bluffton, OH and Tanya Carder (Kevin) of Webb City, MO; and her sisters, Carol Burleson of Commerce, OK and Sharon Kristian of Oklahoma City, OK. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
