He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank L. Fouts and Thelma Mae Fouts (Beason); his grandparents, Sylvester, Ethel Beason, Harvey and Margaret Fouts; his brother Billy G. Fouts; his brother-in-law Ronald Dolton; and his great-nephew Mykah Hutchinson.
He is survived by: his siblings, Darrell Fouts (Louise) of Commerce, OK, Cliff Fouts (Paula), Tim Fouts and Janie Dolton (Fouts) of Enterprise, KS; his nieces and nephews, Josh, Jared Fouts, Jeff Myers (Christian), Daren Dolton, Jeremy Dolton (Melanie), Stacey Lehman (Mike) of Abilene, KS and Sylvia Suter; and his aunt Lavonna Sadd of Grove, OK. He is also survived by many Great Nephews, nieces, and cousins.
