He is survived by: his mother Yvette Zotigh (Nick Hutchins); his grandparents, Darlene Hovakah Wolf, Spencer Zotigh Sr. and Vera Wells; his wife Rakeesha; his children, Hailey, Kailey Zotigh of Medicine Park, OK. and Jovian McNeal; his father Kevin Lee Wells Sr. (Deann Wells); and his siblings, Roderick Zotigh and Mercedese Guoladdle of Altus. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
