With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Paulette Maureen Funkhouser of Comanche, Oklahoma, who passed away on October 16, 2021 at the age of 80. She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Edward and Dorotha Dean Morgan (Robeson); her brother Lee Edward Morgan; and her half-siblings, Leon Morgan, Herman Morgan, Boyd Morgan, Stacy Morgan and Gail Knudsen (Morgan).
She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Renae (Rome) of Broken Arrow; her husband Bobby; her son Gregg Funkhouser (Robbie) of Jacksonville, FL; and her grandchildren, Steffen, Savannah Funkhouser of Jacksonville and Paulette.
Interment will follow in the Fairlawn Cemetery at Comanche. (Due to Covid concerns, the family requests that those attending the service please wear a mask out of courtesy to members of the Funkhouser family who are immunocompromised.) Paulette was born January 16, 1941 near Weaver's Chapel, east of Comanche, Oklahoma.
