He was predeceased by: his parents, Cullen Uan and Gertie Lucille Mannen (Morgan); his wife Cheryl Elaine; and his brother Bobby Gene Mannen. He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Deines (Paul) of Hudson, CO and Keith Mannen (Jayna) of Fletcher; and his grandchildren, Ethan, Evan, Caleb, Jacob, Ryan and Kamryn.
