He is survived by: his significant other Maxine Sweeney; his son Daniel Phelps of Oregon; his stepchildren, Jody Sweeney of Duncan and Jessi Sweeney of Duncan; his grandchildren, Jazmine Horne of Oregon, Jessica Hill of Oregon, Hunter Phelps of Oregon and Lucas Phelps of Oregon; his stepgrandchildren, Aden Hutto of Duncan, Maci Lane of Duncan and Devon Lane of Duncan; his siblings, Johnny (Sammye Phelps), Terry (Terri Phelps) and Verna (Carl Johns); his sisters-in-law, Gayle Kammerer (Bob) and Melba Lee; and his nieces and nephews, Sara Phelps, Tresa Phelps, Cassie Stovers, Nic Kammerer and Cole Dill.
