He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Churchman and Algerine Churchman; his siblings, Jody Churchman and Joyce Curren; and his daughter Linette Simpson.
He is survived by: his wife Gail Churchman; his brother Ronnie Churchman; his children, Todd Churchman (Holly), Karee Presgrove (Clayton) and Brian Churchman (Ruth Ann); and his son-in-law Alan Simpson. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
