He was predeceased by: his parents, Irving Miller Woods and Iva Orvetta Woods. He is survived by: his wife Martha Gay Woods (Jones); his brother Jimmy of Belmont, LA.; his children, Mellisa Woods of Sanger, TX and Steve Woods (Melinda) of Duncan, OK; his grandchildren, Lee Woods (Tracy) of Waurika, OK., Daniel, Jen, Luke, Kaylee and Braden; and his great grandchild Evie.
The inurnment will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Fairlawn Cemetery.
