He was predeceased by: his father Joe Morris; his wife Mayzell Morris; his son Rodney Morris; his mother Mammie Morris (Threet); and his siblings, Joe Earl Morris, Beatrice Carroll and Shirley Young.
He is survived by: his children, Leland Morris (Rhonda) of Comanche, Debbie Jump (Eddie) of Comanche and Shelly Wren (David) of Duncan. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
