He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Tate Jr. and Dorothy Tate (Weaver); and his brother Dennis. He is survived by: his wife Sally Ruth Morgan; his sons, Robert Tate (Tracy) and Dennis Tate (Jana); his siblings, Bill Tate, Kathy Gagan (Chester), Waunita Grossman, Nellene Morgan (J. P.) and Diana Shivel; and his grandchildren, Tiffany Loos, Morgan Kvamme, Tristan Tate, Jamie Tate and Elena Tate. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made to Folds Of Honor.
