She was predeceased by: her parents, James Andrew and Maudie Mathews Dollarhite; her husband Odus Wayne Eason; her siblings, Sidney "Sid" Dollarhite, Thelma Peters and Paulette O'Neal; and her granddaughter Shawna Marie Holmes.
She is survived by: her children, Anthony Wayne "Tony" Holmes and Cynthia Lynn "Cindy" Merrell (Tom); her stepdaughters, Patricia Ann Eason and Vivian Kay Eason; and her grandchildren, Jeff Wood (Jennifer), James Wood (Sandra), Jonathan Andrew "Andy" Holmes, Rocky Merrell, Thomas Merrell, Stacie Ryan Corrigan, Megan Ellen Hobson (Glenn), Lauren Rebecca Hail (Shad) and Ashley Ann Garrett (Geoffrey). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
