Though Lorraine may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Lorraine leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Boulanger and Mabel Boulanger (Carter); her husband George W. Devine; her children, Donna Devine and Donald Devine; her grandson Joshua Richardson; and her brother John Boulanger.
She is survived by: her children, Dan Devine, Dave Devine and Eileen Richardson; and her brother Donald Boulanger. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
