Jon Day Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 16, 2023, at the age of 87, Jon Day of Collinsville, Oklahoma, born in Elkhart, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Edgar and Alice Day (Taylor); and his son-in-law Mel Harris. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Day; his daughters, Jeanie Phillips (Gary), Sheryl Briggs (Richard), Debi Day and Lynn Harris; and his brother Richard Day (Shirley). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild; as well as a host of extended family and friends.
The family asks that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to The Collinsville Baptist Tabernacle "Vision" fund / building fund, PO Box 184, Collinsville, OK 74021.
