He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Thomas and Alice Thomas (Lytle); his sisters, Clydene Davis and Debra Thomas; and his stepson Dale Keith.
He is survived by: his wife Tina; his children, Jerry Thomas Jr. "Kurt", Shelly McCarroll and Crystal Garcia; his granddaughters, Alexandria McCarroll, Katherine Hook and Victoria Garcia; his stepchildren, Laura Keith, Brian Keith and David Keith; and his sisters, Lois Loch, Dorathy Harvey, Pearl Messick, Betty Childs, Linda Tarpley and Cynthia Thomas. He is also survived by thirteen step-grandchildren, six great step-grandchildren.
