She is survived by: her husband James W. Mader; her children, Gary Mader of Phoenix, Arizona, Pamela Mader DelCampo Denver (Christopher) and Jodie Mader Kinney (John) of Collinsville, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Olivia Delcampo Hermansson (Dennis), Lauren Delcampo Barnett (David), Ryan Martin Zane Mader (Emily) and Josh Martin (Amanda); her stepgrandchildren, Vickie Turner and Sandy Marcellus (Mark); and her great grandchildren, Paige, Khodie, Coldin Martin, Lillian Mae Barnett, Dashel and Blaze Martin. She is also survived by her 2 daughters and their family, grandchildren, great grandchildren and friends.
