She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Frances Pratt Crutchfield and Jimmy Crutchfield; and her parents-in-law, Carlton and Florence Howard. She is survived by: her brother-in-law Gary Howard; her husband Ken; her children, Justin (Tara), Jayme (Cody) and Joel (Haley); her grandchildren, Cannon, Aspen, Peyton, Lily, Hank and Ashlyn; her siblings, Jay Crutchfield (Julie), Blake West (Ashley), Susan Lassiter (David) and Chrysti Ramsey (Michael); and her sister-in-law Carleeta Howard. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
