She was predeceased by: her husband Harley Ballard; her daughter Cindy; and her sister Mary Sutterfield. She is survived by: her daughters, Sherry Sutphin of Murfreesboro, TN and Sandra; her son-in-law Scott Sewell of Ravenna, TX.; and her siblings, Norma Huston of Harrison, OH and Don King of Springdale, AR.. She is also survived by 5 Grandchildren & several great-grandchildren.
