He was predeceased by: his father Charles Henry Stephens. He is survived by: his mother Doretha Ann Stephens; his children, Craig Stephens and Jamie Stephens; and his siblings, Charles Wayne Stephens and Andrea Yoss. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family.
