He is survived by: his wife Ruth Evelyn Perkins; and his children, Doreene Gail Davis (Richard) of Del City, Tracey Dawn Burton of Yukon, LaQuitta Jean Shipman (Jerry) of Durant, OK, Annetta Sue Kelley (Rick) of Tishomingo, OK and Ernie Ray Smith (Debra) of Bozeman, MT.. He is also survived by his 9 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren, numerous nephews, nieces, and a host of great friends.
